• Returns can be processed within 14 days from receipt of the order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with tags, original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
• If the returned product is found to have defects or signs of use, the return period may be extended for the duration of the examination.
• A passport is required to process a return. If you paid for your purchase in cash, we will issue a cash refund. If you paid for the purchase by card, you will need this bank card to process the return.
• The money will be returned to your account within 3-10 calendar days after the return is received and approved. Please make sure that you have filled out the details in the return application correctly. The speed at which funds arrive in your account depends on the speed at which your bank processes transactions and can take up to 30 days.
• If you discover a defect during purchase or during use of a product, such product can be returned within the warranty period - 30 days
• If you want to exchange an item, you must first issue a return and then place a new order.
